About Me
Hi, I’m Samantha!
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, just real conversations and support. My approach is collaborative, and I work alongside my clients to help them navigate life’s challenges while building insight, confidence, and healthier ways of coping.
Life can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes confusing. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, I grew up by the beach and still love being outdoors whenever I can. I’m a big fan of golden retrievers and, like many, I run on a steady supply of caffeine. I believe authenticity and connection can be powerful parts of the healing process.

Solution-Focused Therapy
I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you—because there’s no single path to growth or healing. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy with trauma-informed and somatic work, so we’re addressing both the mind and the body.
In our sessions, we’ll work on practical tools you can use in your daily life while also exploring the deeper patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. This balance allows you to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes that last beyond the therapy room.
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or past trauma, my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore what’s going on inside and outside of yourself. Together, we’ll build strategies, strengthen resilience, and tune into how your mind and body respond to life—so that growth and healing feel real, practical, and sustainable.
